Kitise Farmer’s Cooperative Society is a marketing cooperative society incorporated in Kenya. It is an offshoot of the farm that was established in 2014 located in the outskirts of Makueni county. The ultimate desire and intention of the members is to transform the farm into a market leading enterprise carrying on the business of integrated farming that encompasses cattle rearing, dairy & agricultural production, agro-processing and agro-marketing. To this end, we are guided by a clear vision that drives us to pursue a distinct mission in order to achieve definite objectives within the period of this plan. We desire to clearly state the reason for our being.
The plant will provide several benefits which include, but are not limited to, the following: Improved farm productivity which contributes to the county food production and food security. Increased supply, accessibility and market for milk and milk products. A good return to the farmers, customers, employees and other stakeholders. The foregoing vision, mission, objectives and accompanying benefits inspire the energy that drives the business focus, the technical parameters, the production model, the marketing perspective and the management philosophy.
